Carsten & Julius
Carsten is the man behind Le Gourmand on Værnedamsvej.
Since 2005, he has traveled between Denmark and France to sniff out the small producers who deliver the highest quality in each of their fields.
Now his son Julius has come on board as the next generation of Le Gourmand. They are both part of Le Gourmand Engros.

Sander Dick-Nielsen
Sander was born into a merchant family from Nexø. Already at the age of 18, Sander Dick-Nielsen bought a wholesale business with Bornholm specialties. He has been a grocer ever since and has received the "Danish Retail Award" which is given to the most enthusiastic and change-making store manager in food. Sander is the man behind this collaboration.

The projects we are part of primarily deal with high-quality raw materials, food development and inspiration via our various platforms.
Due to our wide network in the restaurant industry, we promote the fantastic ingredients that Le Gourmand ENGROS has in its range.
The collaboration
The collaboration between Le Gourmand Engros and Cardenau - Our collaboration arose on the basis of a shared vision to improve food quality in Denmark. In order for this to be possible, the aim is to reach as many people as possible, in the workplace, in the shopping baskets and out in the restaurants.
