Ticket: Long table dinner with Jonathan Berntsen - Thursday 1 August 2024

After a series of unforgettable long-table dinners at our country house, we are looking forward to this new initiative, where we regularly invite culinary personalities home to create magical moments in our small barn.

The same cozy concept, but now with a new face on board! We want to give our talented colleagues the opportunity to get out of their usual surroundings, feel the fresh air in the countryside and be inspired to create meals in a different way than they do in their restaurants.

This time we have had the pleasure of being able to have the most wonderful Jonathan Berntsen.

Jonathan Berntsen is best known for his former restaurant Clou and subsequently The Samuel in Hellerup. Jonathan has a unique approach to Michelin and good food. We don't think you will find a Michelin restaurant in Denmark with the approach you find at The Samuel.

Jonathan and Francis have a close relationship, as they have regularly crossed each other's paths on several occasions. With a common humility, professionalism and the joy of good ingredients, they have a lot in common.

Jonathan's skills are wide-ranging. With experience from both Thailand, France and of course Denmark, he shows diversity in his cooking and flavor combinations and his love for the simple, shining through every serving.
